Dear Ms Jacqueline,

I wish to commend your student care centre for the services rendered to my children. We have been sending our children for nearly 10 years, from our eldest who will be going ITE next year to our youngest who will be in P1. As working parents, it has been quite a chore at times to ensure our children finish their homework and revise their studies, spelling for the following day.

We were glad and truly appreciate the effort by the teachers to ensure that their work is duly finished. Our kids who were weak in reading when they entered student care, improved so much in the months ahead that even their primary school teachers commended them in their progress! Not just reading but they also improved in other subjects as well!

We had no worries of their well-being in the centre as you and the teachers would update us on their behaviour, studies or any other matters that needed our attention. Even during school holidays, they were kept occupied with revisions, games and fun activities. It must have been fun because they looked forward going there every day! They made new and good friends in the student care centre.

We are very grateful for all the support that has been given to us and our children for all the years that they have been with you. I wish that your student care centre will blossom and grow even further in the future. Thank you!
